"The hotel needs to enforce a "Pool Hours" policy. Our room was very near the pool and kids (15-20) play, hooped and hollered until after midnight on Saturday night. Neadless to say, getting up at 4:00am Sunday morning to go to the lake to fish was a struggle.
We also received a call for housekeeping services to our room Sunday afternoon and confirmed we would need services later (after 4:00). Services were never performed.
Upon check-out, the clerk did not ask if we enjoyed our stay...maybe she knew what she would hear!"
